1. Have a communication with your partner.
Most patients with RA are suffering from joints pain or body pain. You need to have a communication with your partner about your feelings. Telling your partner what feels good and what hurts. If you are nervous about talking, write your partner a letter.
2. Make a romance occasion.
If you know you feel energetic and sexy during the afternoon, make a date for some private time with your partner at home. Take pain medication and gently muscle and joints massage -- and perhaps a nap -- at least 30 minutes before sex so you are more comfortable and energized.
3. Try different positions or props.
According to your illness condition, try to create positions so that you feel good and avoid hurting your joints or painful parts. 4. Try to have a warming up together.
