⑸ Prohibition against alcoholic drinks. The alcohol can accumulate the lactic acid in the body; inhibit the uric acid excretion which probably leads to gout. The beer plus seafood diet is absolutely forbidden, because the alcohol in the beer can not only inhibit the uric acid excretion and also increase the uric acid by materials produced in the oxidation process. Because the seafood has purine and protein, once eating too much, the human body would stay a slightly acid environment, which prompts forming the uric acid crystal.
